wisdom

Slartibartfast: "Perhaps I'm old and tired, but I think that the chances of finding out what's actually going on are so absurdly remote that the only thing to do is to say, 'Hang the sense of it,' and keep yourself busy. I'd much rather be happy than right any day."

Arthur: "And are you?"

Slartibartfast
: "Ah, no. (laughs) Well, that's where it all falls down, of course."

there is a reason to avoid amateur made stuff...

... if you are an ethical assholic bastard like me.
here I am listening to a new album by an independent musician.. and I am in love with his musical ability - as long as we are discussing his music.

his flat voice is making me cringe and just serves as a reminder why I also do not read a friend of mine's fan fic.. I just could not crush someone with a bad review if I thought it had faults and yet I am too honest to either lie or keep silent.

hrmph.

Ghost Tiger recommends now that its been forever maybe sneak a read of just a short story.

yaaaa.. that would just turn out peachy.

you just know I'm gonna open my big mouth no matter what. and as for the chance of it being good? Of course it will be good to some various degree, I just have a habit of latching on to the littlest faults when it comes to media. I mean, I'm picky with my TV media and one assumes that goes through quite the vetting process.

on second thought, ignore that last bit.

Current TV trends demonstrate a throw mud at a wall approach to script writing.
